Getting Started

Do you service my area?

At the moment, Stakk services areas in and around the North Shore and Northern Beaches area of Sydney. If you aren’t in one of these, or aren’t sure if you are, please contact us and we can discuss your options.

How much will it cost?

Our base rate is $25, subject to change.

Does the student bring their own supplies?

Unless otherwise specified, the student will not bring their own supplies. If they are relatively small items, such as gloves, just mention them as a requirement in the comments section of your booking. Alternatively, contact our customer support team from the “Contact” page and we will figure out an appropriate solution.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes. If you have minor specifications, just include them in the “Customer Comments” section of your booking. If you require special tasks, contact our customer support team and they will be in contact.

Manage Your Account

How do I change my address?

You can log in to view your booking via a link sent to your email once your job has been booked, from there you can change the address. Still confused? Contact us.

How do I book my first appointment?

Just head to the home page and enter your post code to get started. Fill out a form and you’ll be done in no time.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my student?

Absolutely. Our students are all pre-vetted and receive commendations for their task completions. If a student completes one of your tasks and you aren’t happy, contact us and we would be happy to figure something out.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Contact us, and we can help you figure out the best solution moving forward.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely.

All billing is processed through Stripe.
