It takes less than 60 seconds to book on Stakk, then we cover the rest. Let us know what kind of work needs to be done and we will choose the best local student for the job.
Welcome to the Stakk Fam! We are super excited to have you on board! Booking a student for your first task may seem really daunting, like many other firsts. But don’t worry, we will walk you through this step by step. You will have your student booking done by the end of the 4 simple and easy steps.

This includes your name, email, phone number and address of where the task will take place
- SPECIFY YOUR SERVICE NEEDS
Select the type of job you want done, the chosen date and the number of workers and hours required
- ENTER PAYMENT
Enter your Visa or Mastercard details
Click on “Book Now” and Bam! It’s all done.
Now just sit back and relax and wait for our email confirmation to reach you. It will contain the details of the task that you have booked for as well as the student(s)’ names that we have chosen specifically for you.

Once we have found the best student for your task you will receive an email confirming your booking, which will include the name of the student as well.
You choose to book up to 4 students for a single job.
Tasks must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can find a student, but after that, there are no limits. Want your lawn mown in 2031? Get your booking in now if you like 😉
Short answer, no. That being said we do recommend that for the first time a student works for you, you are there to help them out with any questions they have. We want to make sure that you have the best experience possible, and it’s important that your student knows what they are supposed to be doing.
Absolutely! Stakk is a community, and we understand that when you have a student that you like, you want to hang on to them.
For recurring bookings, we try to send the same student each time anyway, but for one time bookings, just drop the name of the student you’d like into the comments and we’ll do our best to cater for you.
The times change throughout the year due to school holidays. During the school term, we operate from 4pm to 6pm on weekdays, and 8am to 6pm on weekends.
During the holidays, we shift to 8am to 6pm for weekdays and weekends.
Once you have made a booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to our booking management platform. From there, you can view, edit, and even cancel your bookings.
Once you have entered your payment details on the Booking Page, the bank will hold onto these funds until the job is confirmed as complete. Once the job is complete and you are happy with the task done, the bank will release the funds to us.
All payments are done and processed securely through our website upon booking via Visa or Mastercard. You don’t have to worry about paying the students, we do that for you.
No, we can cover that for you! All you have to do is complete the booking form and we do the rest.
Changes and Cancellations
Once you have made a booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to our booking platform. From there you can view, edit, reschedule and cancel your tasks. Alternatively, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can do that for you.

Don’t worry, this happens a lot. If this is the case, our students know that they will keep working until the job is done. From there, you should email email@example.com and we can change the booking to reflect the new hours.
Once your job is completed, you’ll receive an email asking if you enjoyed your service, and prompting you to leave a review online.
